VP Ecommerce

The Vice President, E-commerce is responsible for delivering innovative solutions to create a best-in-class online shopping experience for consumers with a focus on growing traffic and conversion across the different Clean Harbors consumer channels.
In partnership with marketing peers, this role will leverage digital capabilities to design and build shopping experiences and campaigns that will have an immediate impact on the way customers interact with Clean Harbors and its brands and services.
The VP is a critical enabler to the overall business by providing web analytics reporting and analysis on visitor behavior, site experience and return on investment.

Develop long- and short-term strategic plans from creation to execution of Ecommerce initiatives including marketing, fulfillment, technology and execution.
Support marketing in creation and maintenance of content; partner with the Marketing Department to drive an Ecommerce focused strategy that includes promotional, merchandising and pricing decisions.
Drive the acquisition of new customers through the Ecommerce channels.
Identify, prioritize and implement operations and technology improvements to operate the Ecommerce space.
Oversee development and implementation of all E-commerce solution content and best practice strategies for the company.
Craft and communicate the vision for the company websites for Ecommerce including for conversion, revenue and profitability.
The strategy will leverage how, where and when content is integrated into the shopping or service experience.
Manage the overall customer experience of company portals and integration with Ecommerce sites.
Work with Operational Executive to design and drive order fulfillment and return processes and procedures; work with Customer Service Executive to design and drive customer support model for both before and after sales.
Responsible for Enterprise Ecommerce platform content and functionality.
Partner with IT Department on functional requirements and technology integration.
Manage the overall user experience including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
BS/ BA in Business, Technology, Marketing or related field or equivalent working experience.

Action oriented, independent, self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
Web and Customer Experience analytics.
Have hands on experience with enterprise-level digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Demonstrated leadership and success in developing and executing E-Commerce strategies that delivered significant growth, ideally involving new products/services and/or new markets.
Analytical experience, strong technical capability, working in collaboration with Technology, Marketing, Product Management and Business Intelligence teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Strong financial skills).
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
