Clean Harbors is looking to hire a self-motivated Senior Coordinator, AP.
The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator position is responsible for a variety of daily activities.
In this role, we are ensuring that invoices are being processed and ready for payment in a timely manner following business policies and procedures.
You may be called upon to identify and resolve any questions and discrepancies.

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Enter non-typical items for payment, including but not limited to; leases, occupancies, consolidated billing uploads, check requests and other payments not involving a regular PO.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Research and resolve unused credits.
Respond to internal and external inquiries, by email or verbal communicationSpearhead solution efforts to recognize & report necessary data corrections.
Assist with training.
Liaise with Supervisor on payment void/stops, reissues and ACH rejections.
Prepare reports as needed by vendors and management.
Skill to support weekly pay cyclesAssist with ACH verification processHigh School or equivalent requiredAssociates degree or specialized training in Business or accounting preferred3-5 years' experienceMust be detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation/record keeping skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment required Knowledge of computer, tablet, and smartphone technologies required Join our team today! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
